Starting with Bondage Life magazine issue number six (February 1980), Bound for Hollywood (written by Carl McGuire) was a series of articles that showcased moments in movies featuring women in bondage.

We have included some of his notes in SM-201 to provide historical information about the actresses and films that featured bondage scenes.

To help identify Carl's work, I have attempted to organize his notes into a separate Bound for Hollywood section.
