Jeremiah's Vanishing New York is a blog reviewing historically significant locations in New York City that are likely to not exist in the near future.
Blogger Jeremiah Moss publishes the reviews.
The website was established in 2008 after a failed attempt to save Café Edison, a Times Square coffeehouse well liked by locals as a community meeting place. In response, Moss began a "Save NYC" campaign to increase awareness of the harms of gentrification.
One reviewer described the blog as describing "old-school businesses in danger of being snuffed out by changing times".
In 2017 Moss released a comprehensive book entitled Vanishing New York: How a Great City Lost Its Soul.
