Health magazines {also referred to as Nature magazines) you were very popular during the first half of the 20th century. These magazines usually had many pictures of people camping, playing volleyball and various sundry activities in outdoor environments.
These magazines would often have articles or essays on nudism, addresses of prominent nudist colonies and beaches, and personal contact ads (codads).
A large number of people purchase these magazines specifically because of their prurient interest in seeing nudes.
